By accessing and using Insense's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Insense provides professional audio and lighting equipment rental services, event production, and technical support for events in Vietnam. Our services include but are not limited to:
All equipment rental is subject to availability and advance booking. Clients are responsible for the proper use and care of rented equipment. Any damage or loss will be charged according to replacement value.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required to secure booking, with full payment due before or upon delivery of services.
Insense's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or equipment.
Cancellation terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may incur charges.
Insense is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, or government regulations.
